Full Details:

 

Immerse yourself in a yoga session with the multi-hyphenate Hannah Whittingham. She'll lead a rocket based class that's suitable for all, with modifications. One of the main reasons we wanted Hanna is that, as a musician, she produces her own soundscapes for her classes. It's a very different, immersive experience - almost hypnotic in it's ability to focus your practice.

(Side Note: Rocket yoga was created by the Greatful Dead's touring yogi Larry Schultz and named by the band's guitarist. It is, obviously, the hippest form of yoga to emerge in millenia (we're unsure if we're even joking here) and mixes Vinyassa and Ashtanga for a super fun flow.)

​

Then experience the gentle embrace of a sound-bath, designed to transport you to a state of deep relaxation after the movement and flow of the yoga.  Georgia Wood is an experienced sound practitioner, and yoga teacher, using myriad instruments to create a deep drop into relaxation.

 

Your micro retreat culminates with a communal, plant-based meal  to nourish and inspire conversation among friends, new and old. Catered by Ambrah, and based in her Italian roots, it'll finish the experience and send you home relaxed, inspired and sated.

Please bring your own mat for the yoga and you may want a blanket for the sound bath - though a jumper will do just fine. We have a very limited number of mats and blankets if you forget yours available on a first come basis.
